Reverse Engineering Process
① Information collection
Collect as much information as possible about the product in question.

2. Measurement and data acquisition

③Creating a 3D model

④Extraction of design information

⑤ Manufacturing
Based on the extracted design information, a processing program is created using CAM software, and the target product is manufactured using NC machine tools, etc. There are also an increasing number of cases where metals, etc. are manufactured using 3D printers.
8. Quality Inspection
Manufactured products are inspected to see if they meet the required quality. Inspection items include, for example, dimensional inspection, appearance inspection, and functionality inspection.
