Achievement 1: Gantry loader(For mold manufacturing companies)
This is an example of a gantry loader designed for a customer in the mold manufacturing industry.
The swing mechanism enables small turning radius and enables the overall height of the machine to be reduced.
The design that keeps the overall machine height low allows for smooth installation even in factories with low ceilings, contributing to effective use of work space.
In addition, to improve safety and accuracy during transportation, a tilt mechanism is installed when lifting the workpiece. This allows the workpiece to be transported safely while always being kept horizontal. Furthermore, the floating structure when chucking the workpiece prevents center misalignment and achieves precise positioning of the workpiece. This improves processing accuracy and reduces the occurrence of defective products.

By using a servo motor to motorize the chuck, we are able to accurately achieve the position and speed as specified.
In addition, torque control ensures that the workpiece can be transferred with the optimal gripping force, even if the workpiece size changes.
