We performed a reverse operation on the sliding core components of a mold manufactured 20 years ago for another company.
Due to years of use, galling had occurred in the sliding parts of the slide core, affecting the molded product.
The mold is quite old, and no parts drawings remain.
We measured the removed parts, researched equivalent standard parts, ordered new ones, and then performed reassembly and mold matching adjustments.
With craftsmen on hand to handle everything from mold design to finishing, we can also handle partial repairs of molds made by other companies.
