Interference check using the created drawings

This is a part of a device called an oscillation device.
The customer had a drawing for the oscillator device, but since parts would interfere with each other if it was made exactly according to the drawing, they were modifying the parts on-site and using them. The client's request this time was to measure the parts after they had been modified on-site and create a drawing based on that.
When creating the drawings, we borrowed parts from the customer and measured them in-house, and measured parts with complex shapes using a three-dimensional measuring machine.
In addition, for the internal shapes of parts that could not be measured, we referred to the original drawings, investigated the reasons for the shapes and functions, and created drawings in a way that did not impair the functions.
After creating the drawings, we checked the mounting position and range of motion of each part on the CAD software to ensure there was no interference.
After we submitted the drawings, the customer used the newly created drawings to manufacture parts, and reported that there was no interference between the previous parts and the newly manufactured parts, and they worked without any problems.
We accept consultations regarding the restoration of old machines and parts, as well as the creation of drawings.
If you have any problems with old machines or parts, please feel free to contact us using the inquiry form below.
