Material processing section and blade

This is called an external diameter processing machine, and it is a machine that grabs the cylindrical material that is automatically fed to it with left and right claws, rotates it, and cuts the material by applying a blade that moves up and down and back and forth to the material.
Previously, the blade that moves up and down and back and forth was operated by a hydraulic cylinder, and the speed and movement of the blade were adjusted by a speed controller and a sensor for the hydraulic cylinder, which made it very difficult to adjust the movement of the blade.
In the retrofitting process, hydraulic cylinders were replaced with servo motors for the two axes that power the up/down and back/forth movement of the blade. The drive method was also changed from the conventional sliding method to a ball screw and linear guide.
In addition, the control system, which was previously controlled by relays, has been replaced with a sequencer, and a new touch panel has also been installed.
This eliminates the need to directly set mechanical parts such as the speed controller or sensor position to adjust blade movement, significantly improving operability and reproducibility.
We accept consultations regarding the restoration of old machines and parts, as well as the creation of drawings.
