A beverage manufacturer requested that we repair wear and unevenness in the bearings of mold-related parts.

Bell clamp restoration
I measured the current dimensions and sketched a drawing with the appropriate diameter.

This is a photo taken before the repair. Wear and unevenness have occurred on the bearing raceway surface. We select the appropriate repair method based on the material of the item to be repaired and the location and condition of the damage. Also, so that the repair area can be identified during the work, I'll mark it. |

Mold carrier restoration
